Nova is a six-story, 57-unit affordable housing development that provides supportive housing to formerly homeless individuals living in the City of Oakland. Due to its location, residents at Nova are able to access high-quality public transit, schools, shopping, and medical facilities. The development itself includes ground-floor community space, bike storage, laundry facilities, and a roof deck. BKF’s work on the project included civil engineering design and land surveying services.
