The Multi-disciplinary Facility Replacement (Building M & N) – Liberal Arts Campus project consists of the demolition of the existing buildings in their entirety and replacing them with one new three-story facility, called Building M. The new facility will provide classrooms, computer labs, offices, study rooms, meeting rooms, etc. to support the School of Language Arts, School of Career Technical Education, and Student Support Services Dept.

Project features include:

• This is the first Design /Build Community College Project in the State of California
• Inviting outdoor spaces for students to gather and learn
• ADA Compliance
• Storm Water Quality was addressed by a combination of items, including raised planters, basins, and dry wells.
• Building Placement (+/- 1-ft) constrained by 20-fire lanes on the north and south sides of the building.

This building is LEED Gold Certified
