LinkedIn’s South Bay Campus Building 1 has 245,000 sq. ft. of office space on approximately 11 acres. The new building includes 75 different seating options to accommodate a workspace that will best benefit the work each employee is supporting. Additional building features include solar panels, recycled water, drought-tolerant landscaping, and all-electric kitchen facilities. For the phase 1 improvement at the campus, BKF provided civil engineering design work to support the construction of the new office building and a new parking structure on the 29-acre site.
