The Emeryville Center of Innovation Campus Expansion project includes the construction of four new multi-tenant life sciences buildings totaling more than 900,000 sq. ft., as well as a parking structure. BKF is providing site surveying, programming support, site constraints analysis environmental and agency due diligence, infrastructure master planning, and planning approval support. BKF will also support the initial construction documents phase consisting of campus backbone utility infrastructure upgrades and make ready work to support the campus construction.
