The Dublin Downtown Preferred Vision includes a new street grid network which includes a new town square, main street experience, and dedicated areas for retail, office, hotel, and residential. A one-acre park is slated to occupy the center of the town square and will be surrounded by shops and restaurants. This town square can also serve as a gathering space for classes, concerts, and other community events. BKF provided the civil engineering design services associated with the planning constraints, preliminary infrastructure, and alignment alternatives. We continue to work with the team and City on developing plan lines for the roadways in order to delineate a mapped surveyed plan line for the roadways.
