Upon its completion, the Balboa Reservoir Development will transform underutilized land into a vibrant, new community, which will provide roughly 1,000 mixed-income housing to its residents. The development is designed with sustainability in mind, and will include space that prioritizes pedestrians, bicyclists, and public transit. BKF is providing full civil engineering design services on the project including coordinating the development of the Infrastructure plan with the design team and City agencies. BKF is also developing sustainable stormwater treatment solutions for the site in compliance with San Francisco Stormwater Management Regulations and through coordination with SFPUC.
