The 49,486 sq. ft. Aurora Apartments complex provides 43 affordable residential units (40 one-bedroom and three studios), as well as one onsite manager unit. Other amenities include an outdoor courtyard on the second floor, a rooftop terrace, and community room. Residents have access to services such as workshops, job training, group sessions, and one-on-one meetings, among others. BKF provided the civil engineering design services associated with the project.
