Part of Alameda Point’s Site A, the AERO Apartments development provides four stories of housing and a parking garage, a ground-floor courtyard, and a pedestrian paseo. The completed building includes 200 residential units, ranging from studios to 2-bedroom units. Residents also have access to several amenities including EV charging stations, secured bicycle parking, a roof deck, and a fitness center. BKF provided the civil engineering design and land surveying services associated with the project, in parallel with the final design and construction of the Site A infrastructure.
