The complete redevelopment of the 633 Folsom property includes elements such as an additional tower on the existing building footprint, new architectural façade, building systems and utilities, a vegetated roof deck to meet San Francisco and LEED Stormwater standards, redesigned streetscape, and sidewalk improvements. BKF provided civil engineering design services on the project, including traffic signal design, preparation of construction documents, and construction administration.
