Part of the larger 5M district in San Francisco, 415 Natoma is a 640,000 sq. ft. mixed-use tower. The building provides 25 floors of office space and also includes ground-floor retail space. Amenities include but are not limited to an open main lobby, dedicated tenant lobby, lobby restaurant, EV charging stations, and bicycle storage. BKF provided the civil engineering design services associated with the project including design development, preparation of construction documents, and construction administration.
