The two six-story buildings located on Henry Adams are 349,923 sq. ft. and include 235 residential units, as well as 6 live-work “flex” units. The buildings collectively include 19,670 sq. ft. of retail space and 225 parking stalls in a new parking garage. The development also includes three publicly accessible open spaces for residents and visitors to enjoy, offering access to courtyards and seating areas. BKF provided the civil engineering design and land surveying services associated with the project.
