We are pleased to announce that Brad Sneed has joined BKF’s Redwood City office as a Technical Manager. Brad has a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Southern Illinois University, and over 24 years of experience in the design of water and wastewater infrastructure and treatment facilities.
Brad has managed several high-profile projects through design and construction; most recently serving as a Project Manager on the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission’s Biosolids Digester Facilities Project (BDFP) team at the Southeast Wastewater Treatment Plant. This important project involves replacing and relocating the outdated existing solids treatment facilities at the City’s largest wastewater facility with more reliable, efficient, and modern technologies.
As a young student, Brad knew early on that he wanted to enter a profession which involved protecting the environment. He worked at various engineering firms in Arizona and Washington before moving to California in 2012. He enjoys walking and hiking at local parks, as well as taking in the beauty at spots like Lake Tahoe and Yosemite.
