BKF is excited to welcome Brad Allender as our newest project manager to join our Transportation Group. Brad got his start as a structural engineer working on power plant designs in the early 2000s, and found that his willingness to try something new and work on a diversity of projects early in his career helped forge a path toward rewarding opportunities. His initial start in transportation was as a bridge designer, but he instead found himself more interested in coordinating and managing all of the elements of transportation projects. Brad claims his greatest strengths include working with complex, diverse teams, and managing projects with a lot of moving parts. He is most inspired when assisting project teams to successfully progress forward, achieving common goals.
