Walter began his career with BKF in our Redwood City office and later moved to the Pleasanton office when it opened in 2000. He specializes in providing surveying services to our East Bay clients, and says he strives every day to develop and maintain good client relationships. “One of the things I value most at BKF is that understanding our clients’ needs and maintaining our clients’ satisfaction and trust comes first.”

Over the years, he has worked on many high profile projects in the Bay Area, but one project in particular comes to mind when asked to name a job that was special. “Early in my career I really enjoyed the work we did for Bayport in Alameda. I remember coming to work and there was this daily excitement. It was fun to be part of that.”

Walter travels to our Newport Beach office regularly to help mentor the survey staff in Southern California. “Each office has a real family feel, even though we’ve grown,” he said.

He insists that BKF is a great place to work because our company’s leaders really know what they are doing. “They are adamant about ensuring that we are staying ahead of the field with new technology and methods such as 3D scanning and Building Information Modeling integration.”
