BKF has participated in numerous retail design projects.We have worked on single-tenant facilities as well as large master planning projects for retail sites around the Bay Area and are familiar with the process of planning for the future with the ultimate user in mind. Our retail projects include design for site improvements for Colma Home Depot, Stanford Shopping Center, San Jose MarketPlace, Ocean View Village in San Francisco, and Fremont Hub Shopping Center.

BKF has worked on some of the largest private projects in the Bay Area and we Have the reputation to attract the private developers and the ability to support the cities as they peruse private developers. Working for Fidelity Reality Investment Trust, BKF completed all the civil engineering design and surveying services for Santana Row, a landmark mixed-use redevelopment that includes retail, commercial and residential components. Bay Meadows involved BKF in all the civil engineering and surveying for its 90-acre retail, commercial and residential development.
