A mixed-use development in hillside terraine. BKF provided the master planning for utility and roadway systems to serve the development including 10 miles of roads, three water reservoirs, three water pump stations (two domestic and one irrigation), 11.5 miles of water mains, two sewer pump stations and the storm drainage system.
