Project Unique Features:

• BKF helped with site location, due diligence and entitlement processing.
• Prepared master infrastructure improvement plans, off-site plans, and construction drawings for the first phase of the project, the 300,000 g.s.f. headquarters.
  Campus which was entitled for 1 million s.f. of office, research and development, and light assembly space.
• 35-acre site underlain with Bay mud which necessitated designing utilities and grades to accommodate varying differences of mud settlement throughout the site.
