Todd’s extensive civil engineering experience includes site development for residential subdivisions, roadway and highway improvements and commercial developments such as Pixar Animation Studios in Emeryville. Over the years, he has focused on environmentally sensitive projects involving hillside development, sites over geotechnically difficult bay mud soils, landfills and endangered species habitat, redevelopment and phased projects.

He received his B.S.C.E. from the University of California, Berkeley.
