Dan specializes in environmentally sensitive, processing intensive, and site-constrained projects. Some of his recent master planned multi-phased projects include the Bayport Mixed-Use Project, a joint City/Developer redevelopment project to transform 215 acres of the former Alameda Naval Air Station into residential / commercial / park waterfront development; South San Francisco redevelopment projects totaling more than one million s.f. in eight facilities at Gateway Center, Oyster Point, and Genentech Corporate Campus.

Dan received his B.S.C.E. from California Polytechnical State University, San Luis Obispo.
