David’s experience includes project management of major highway projects, residential, commercial, educational, medical and research facilities. He is responsible for the coordination and processing of major roadway reconstruction and transportation projects. His expertise in managing large multi-facetted design teams has resulted in the successful completion of more than $300 million of transportation projects.

David received his B.S.C.E. from San Jose State University.
