Billy Martin, PLS – Vice-President, Survey Operations

Billy is responsible for all surveying activities of BKF. He is experienced in every facet of surveying, including G.P.S., G.I.S., boundary, topographic, ALTA and control surveys, construction staking, tentative maps, final subdivision maps, assessment district maps, parcel maps, and horizontal control plans for on-site improvements. He received his B.S. in Surveying and Photogrammetry from CSU Fresno.
