BKF is pleased to announce that Carlenzoli Associates, a Civil Engineering and Surveying firm in Santa Rosa CA, has merged with BKF Engineers, headquartered in Redwood City, CA. Carlenzoli Associates was founded in 1986 and provides consulting services to North Bay public agencies, developers, and corporate clients. The 17-person firm will continue operations at 325 Tesconi Circle in Santa Rosa. Greg Hurd, former VP at Carlenzoli Associates, has become a Principal and Vice President with BKF Engineers. Mr. Hurd will be the Principal-in-Charge of the Santa Rosa office, which will continue operations as BKF/Carlenzoli. BKF Engineers is a leading engineering firm in California with 8 offices in the State including Redwood City, San Jose, Walnut Creek, Pleasanton, Sacramento, Richmond, Orange County, and now Santa Rosa. In 2009 BKF was ranked as the Largest Engineering firm in Silicon Valley by the Silicon Valley Business Journal, and the 7th Largest Firm in the Bay Area by the San Francisco Business Times.
